How the Match Works
Before a learner begins their first course, they complete a short Precision Development quiz. It asks about how they respond to challenges, what kind of feedback keeps them going, and how they like to learn.
From those responses, Altitude matches each learner with their Coach, in a voice that fits how they actually learn, not a generic one-size instruction style.
Two teens could be working through the exact same competency (building Resolves Conflicts or Sustains Determination) and have completely different experiences, because their Coach meets each of them where they are.
One learner might need a steady, warm guide who acknowledges that something is hard before asking what they noticed.
